Our Great Staff
We endeavour to maintain a 90% ratio of qualified staff alongside training suitable team members to reach our high standards. We carefully place our staff according to experience, skills and personality to create the perfect teams for each room and then of course our next priority is to keep our staff.
We have a very low staff turnover, which we relate primarily to our techniques of further training, regular appraisal system, appreciative incentive schemes and excellent working conditions.
A good keyworker system ensures that parents and children feel comfortable within the nursery and confidentiality is maintained. Many events, activites and opportunites are put into place to enable parents to get to know our staff which we believe aids parents in feeling confident about their child’s care.
